This week’s question is from a seller: “As we are coming upon colder weather and the holidays, should I take my house off the market until the Spring?”
I get this question every year. You can’t sell your house if it’s not on the market. There are buyer who receive holiday bonuses, celebrate different holiday traditions or just simply need to move. Sellers will have less competition at this time of year. If your circumstances allow for access to the property and you are in a position to move, this can be a good time to capitalize on the low inventory we are still experiencing.
