Fall is my favorite season in Northbrook, IL for the change of seasons. Our mature trees display beautiful colors. The weather lends itself to outdoor activities. Here are few places to check out this fall in Northbrook.
Here at Techny Prairie they have nature combined with sport activities. One side offers skateboarding, batting cages, turf fields. The other side has Anetsberger golf course, lake and trails. Something for everyone here.
Wood Oaks Green park has soccer fields, pickle ball or hike up the sledding hill for a super view of the lake
Coming Up on Sunday Oct 1 is 45 Annual Shermerfest from 12- 4 pm in Village Green. Join us for a Classic NB car show, live music and food.
Our Northbrook Farmer’s Market runs Weds 7 am- 1 pm thru Oct 11 in the Meadow Plaza parking lot.
If you’re like me, you love the change of seasons in Chicagoland. We will enjoy the fall activities while we still can. There’s a lot to love about living in Northbrook!
