You may be curious why I made the change of my sponsoring broker to Real Broker LLC. I’ll share with you what went into the decision. Let me be clear-i was HAPPY at my last brokerage. I had been there for 8 years! I was the first agent to follow my managing broker when he opened the Glenbrook office and he’s fantastic.
Change is hard and change can be scary. I attended an event where I saw exponential growth in the number of agents joining Real Broker. Agents around the country and Canada that I admire. Agents who are growing the kind of business that I want to build. Collaboration on digital marketing and video best practices will be the norm. Their motto is Work Hard. Be Kind! That’s me!
By affiliating with Real Broker LLC families who trust me to represent them when they Sell, Buy or Invest will benefit from high tech tools and marketing to reach their real estate goals.
When families move in or out of Chicagoland I will have a network of agents to refer them to. Other rockstar agents doing the same kind of business as me.
Real Broker is publicly traded which opens up some additional revenue sources for me and my family in future years.
In the North Shore you likely haven’t heard of Real Broker YET. As it turns out I am the first Realtor to join my local NSBAR board. That was also on my list of pros, as you know I like to be a pioneer. This is a better model as the real estate industry undergoes a shift.
