One of Ian’s greatest strengths is genuinely caring about others. Ian enjoys helping everyone, from his office staff, to the agents, and consumers, by finding unique ways to solve their problems and help them all reach their goals. “Helping agents achieve the vision they have for their business is my top priority,” Ian says. ”When agents have success it is more thrilling to me than my own accomplishments.”
